The purpose of this assessment is to provide you with a tool to evaluate where your current organizational strengths and weaknesses are, against the clauses of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.

Table A identifies the maturity and performance levels (1-5) used in this self-assessment. Please answer each question by entering the maturity level number to identify your corresponding performance level against the criteria. The Standard subclause numbers are given in parentheses.
