An organization's effort to reduce costs associated with waste requires everyone to develop new skills and think creatively.

• Understanding process improvement methods for management such as ISO 9001:2008

Duration

This one-day course starts at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. This course can be delivered in two-days when tailored to a particular system/process your company wants to improve.

Audience

This course is intended for personnel who are interested in learning how a structured continuous improvement system can improve and benefit their organization.

Prerequisite

Previous training on continuous improvement is not required.
