Continuous Process Improvement
Email this page
If an organization expects to remain competitive, it must improve its working processes. Continuous process improvement identifies, simplifies, and eliminates steps that don't add value to the final product or service. An organization's effort to reduce costs associated with waste requires everyone to develop new skills and think creatively.
