Duration

This course is delivered as a one-day class from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This training is intended for Managers and anyone who is interested in learning how Lean / Six Sigma can benefit their company and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Prerequisite

Lean/Six Sigma prior experience is not required.
